subtitled 'reviving punkrock'. it's kinda like a split with myself because it has 2 covers, and you flip it over half way through. it's about punkrock, what punk means to me, how punk has turned to shit and how i want to save it. it has lots of pictures of my punkrock grrrl heroes like patti smith, karen o and courtney love. i write about nancy spungen, her murder, and how i want a punkrock in memory of her and not in memory of her murderer. it was written just before my 23rd birthday, and the new year, and i reflect on my past year and my goals for the future. the zine is about reclaiming punk, staying alive, feeling really intense feelings. it's also about my boyfriend and being in love, cuz well, i'm a hopeless romantic. i'm really proud of how this issue turned out.
